Entry: Access the eBiz Marketing web site at www.ebiznessonline.com and register on the page provided. In order for registration to be complete you must fill in all required fields. Must provide: First and Last name of person who referred you. eBiz Marketing will not sell the email addresses you provide to a third party. You will receive one entry in the drawing for every 1 unique valid e-mail address that you provide for the entire promotional period. Please have the email sent only to those persons with whom you have either personal or professional relationships, who you feel would be interested in hearing about eBiz Marketing. Should you have email forwarded to persons other than as stated, you may be disqualified. Further, have only one email forwarded to any person; so if a person has more than one email address have the email sent to only one address. Any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void.

Drawing: The winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible
entries received by specified date and times above. The winner(s)
will be notified by telephone and email within approximately 2 days of the drawing.
The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor. Prize cannot
be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted except by Sponsor
due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. If winner cannot
accept prize as stated, winner will forfeit prize.
General Conditions: Winner(s) must complete, execute and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (
Document Here) within 2 days of notification. You may fax a notarized copy
of Affidavit of Eligibility along with other forms to (419) 844-8080. Failure
to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as
non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance
with these official rules, disqualification my result with an alternative winner
selected. By accepting prize, where permitted by law, winner grants Sponsor,
which grant will be confirmed in writing upon request of Sponsor, the right
to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter
developed, including by not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times,
without notification, review or approval, the winner's full name, portrait,
picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information
and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration;
and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation
or other activity as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Participants
and winner(s) release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, advertising
and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees,
representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss
or damage of any kind to person, including death and property, arising in whole
or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse
of a prize, participation in any drawing related activity or participation in
this drawing.
Sponsor reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or
the operation of the drawing or web site; to be in violation of these rules;
or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent
to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic,
programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods
and subject any entrant using such methods to disqualification. In the event
of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users have the same email account,
the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the drawing at
the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply
with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural
person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider on line
service provider or the other organization that is responsible for assigning
email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any
of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing and
assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorized access to the eBiz Marketing website or technical error or failure.
Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other
person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this drawing
or downloading materials form or use of the eBiz Marketing website. If, for
any reason, the Drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection
by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other cause which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor
reserves the right to its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the promotion, and select the winner from Internet entries received prior to
the action taken or proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable
by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In no event will Sponsor, affiliates, their
advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees,

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this promotion, participant agrees
that nay and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and

individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before
a court located in the City of San Bernardino having competent jurisdiction,
which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard for
